BYPASS STARTUP SETTINGS.
Access lets you specify various Startup Options, such as hiding menus and opening a designated form, which let you create a custom interface and limit the availability of certain features to enhance security. But how how do you then bypass these options to gain full access to the database?

The answer is easy: just press the "Shift" key while opening the file. The Startup settings will be ignored and you will be able to use all features of the program.
