PageMaker Class

DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to provide a working knowledge of Adobe PageMaker for business people and graphics professionals who want to use the program to prepare publications such as advertisements, business cards, newsletters and brochures. Class exercises teach you to --
Specify page dimensions, margins and columns for a new document,
Create, move and resize elements,
Specify fill and line colors,
Add colors to the color palette,
Set type specifications,
Import text and graphics,
Flow text from column to column and page to page,
Spell check and edit text in the Story Editor,
Indent paragraphs and create bulleted lists,
Set tabs,
Create and apply master pages,
Wrap text around graphics.

6 hours, $260 (available for Windows and Macintosh)
Purchase with Advanced PageMaker class for discounted package price of $430.

PREREQUISITES
A working knowledge of mouse and menu-based computer applications, and the Windows or Macintosh operating system.
